Why paint the nude figure? I once heard or maybe read, that painting the nude is comparable to learning to paint the hand ...with a glove on. It's a fantastic process to seeing the colors of the natural skin, with the light affects and the natural form and movement of the human body. Where one might expect it to be more distressing, I find it to be naturally calming, I feel completely alone in my thoughts, and that is why I chose this title, Alone.
